72. Location Scout (again)

So what does a day look like when you’re outta work but determined to make the dream happen .. well today I got picked up by a beautiful friend of mine (a bittersweet consequence of having only one working car), we checked out a new litle hole-in-the-wall espresso bar (gotta do what we can to help out the industry, right?! selfless really!) and after we got totally hyped up on coffee, we took to walking the nooks and crannies of Wallsend!

We were those people with our hands and faces pressed up against the window of every vacant space and getting totally lost in the dreaming magic of “…ohhh and imagine if…” scenarios!

We did stumble upon a place that an average person would call “a lotta work”, “money guzzler” or maybe even a “a diamond in the rough” which is all dreamer-codewords for a freakin’ awesome, pee-your-pants kinda space! (Jack did tell me to be calm and objective when writing this, so I apologise for the pee-your-pants reference .. I’m just an enthusiastic girl, okay?!)

It’s on the main street, it have a glorious roller door, it’s bright yellow and it is currently empty. We spoke to one of the tenants in the same building who said he’d pass on our number – othere are a lot of uncertainties involved and a lot more investigating to do – if this place gets pulled off, it has to be a hands-down, non-disputable, God-ordained miracle, people!

Exciting times in the unknown (oh man, it is possible that I am actually starting to like these waves of unpredictable emotions?!)

Ps. If you know this building or anything about getting in contact with the owner, message me! I need to talk to him (or her).
